This command is to wait for the element present till the desired time.
In other words the command will wait till the time set as input parameters and pass the script or else fail otherwise,
This command is useful if there is uncertainty and delay of the element present on the UI. You can set standard maximum time to wait for the locator of the element.
Parameters
locator - this parameter is the locator of the element
maxWaitMs - this parameter is the maximum wait time.The Time need to be set in milliseconds.
